AI receptionistAlberta
Your phone rings at 9 pm.
An AI answers.
We build the receptionist who picks up on the first ring, books the appointment, and hands you the calls worth taking.

Do you have anything for a brake job next Tuesday?
I have Tuesday at 8:15 or 10:40. Does either work?
Ten forty works. It's the blue Civic.
Booked. I texted the address. Anything else?
What an AI receptionist does
An AI receptionist is software that answers a business phone line. It greets the caller, answers the questions it has been given, books or reschedules an appointment, and passes anything outside its instructions to a person. It answers around the clock, costs a flat monthly fee, and never takes a break.
Three AI agents answer your line, around the clock. Choose one to bring forward.

How it works
You keep the calls that need you. It keeps the rest.
It answers on the first ring
Your existing number, unchanged. Callers hear a voice, not a menu. It handles the questions it knows and hands you the rest: a complaint, a refund, anyone who sounds upset.
It books straight into your calendar
Google Calendar, Outlook, or the booking tool you already run. Nothing gets typed twice.
It tells you what it missed
A summary lands in your inbox after every call, with the transcript and anything that needs a human.
It gets better every month
We tune it against your real calls. The questions it fumbles in week one are answered by week three.
Questions
The things people ask before they hand over their phone line.
What happens when it gets something wrong?
When an AI receptionist is not sure, it hands off. Anything outside what it has been told comes to you within seconds, with the transcript attached. It will not guess at a price, promise a refund, or commit you to work you have not agreed to.
Do I have to change my number or my phone system?
No change of number is needed. The AI receptionist runs on the number you already have, and most setups keep the existing line and route through it. If your current system cannot hand a live caller off to a person, we will say so on the first call rather than after you have paid.
What does it cost?
Price depends on call volume and on how much of the booking logic you want the AI receptionist to own. You get a number on the first call, before you commit to anything, and it stays flat monthly after that.
Can it sound like us?
Yes. The AI receptionist takes your greeting, your tone, and the words your callers already use. Rosa takes inbound, Ayla handles the calendar, Rae chases the quotes. Any of them can be retuned against your real calls.
Can I still reach a person?
Yes. The AI receptionist passes the call to a person the moment a caller asks for one, or when it flags something it is unsure about. You can also set it to take calls only outside your hours and stay out of the way the rest of the day.
What if it needs to do something we have not thought of?
That is most of the work. Bring it on the first call and you will get a straight answer on whether it is a setting change or something that has to be built.

Thirty minutes. We'll tell you if it fits.
If your call volume doesn't justify it, you'll hear that on the call. We'll say what it would cost before you commit to anything.
